We go to Disney World every day. Yep, we’re living the dream. A lot of what we do, though, is search for new things, stuff we haven’t seen on previous days. That’s how we keep you updated on everything, after all.

So what kind of things are we looking for? Well, we’re always on the lookout for new merchandise (so you can be on the lookout for those perfect souvenir finds for your next visit), but we also keep an eye on construction and other updates in the parks and at the hotels. Most recently, we visited seven Disney World parks and hotels, and we have a ton of new things to share with you as a result. So let’s get started!
We made our way around EPCOT, stopping in what may be one of our favorite gift shops in the parks, Creations Shop. For those of you who are all about the ears (okay, it’s us, too), we found some very pretty Happy Birthday Ears. Look at how sparkly they are!
Birthday Ears
Well, sparkly must be the trend right now, because we spotted another pair of Iridescent Sequin Ears that could plus up any outfit. You can also snag these online right now!
So sparkly
We also spent some time visiting EPCOT bathrooms, because we literally DO go everywhere when we visit Disney World, and that includes the bathrooms. So we’ve been spotting the Aunt Flow free feminine hygiene product machines throughout EPCOT, including in the American Adventure Pavilion bathrooms, the Morocco bathrooms, and more. Actually, we’re starting to see these throughout Disney World now, although some of the new machines haven’t been filled yet.
They’re free
How about collecting some pins from around the WORLD? Well, you can grab some World Showcase Country Pins at World Traveler, which will make you look like, well, like a world traveler!
New pins!
Gotta’ love a place that lets you shop, eat, and drink around the world.
We made our way over to Jumping Junction at Bluey’s Wild World at Conservation Station to check up on the kangaroos. This area isn’t completely open yet for visitors because the kangaroos need time to adjust to being around people.
Look at these sweet babies!
However, we noticed that Cast Members were starting to take slightly bigger groups through the experience to see these little guys, so it’s only a matter of time. They’ll be growing up and getting braver every day.
Over at Curtain Call, two new medieval princess hats have arrived, including a Daisy Princess Hat…
Daisy Princess Hat
…and a Rapunzel Princess Hat. These are so much fun, and they’re the perfect thing to wear to Fantasyland!
Rapunzel Princess Hat
However, we also spotted some new hats that have us questioning some things. So here’s a Daisy Hat. And as you can see, it’s got a big Daisy head that sits on YOUR head. Fine, right?
Daisy Hat
There’s even a Donald Hat, too. And again, it seems okay…
Donald Hat
But then things get weird because the hats are made so that there are tiny little Donald and Daisy bodies hanging from the back. Um…Disney, are you okay? Do you need an intervention?
Um…what’s going on here?
Okay, let’s not talk about that anymore. Anyway, we also spotted a new pressed penny machine in the shop!

So you now have even more new pressed pennies to collect in Magic Kingdom!
The ex-Big River Grill and Brewing Works location now has more construction walls up around it.
What’s going on here?
The old Jellyrolls had a truck moving stuff in and out of the building, but we didn’t see any sign of furniture. Mostly, we just saw wood planks.

However, insulation has been installed in the wall. This location is set to become a new lounge called Hurly Burly.
We don’t know what’s happening over at Kona Island, but macarons have been replaced with macaroons. We’re not sure why, and it doesn’t seem like there was a demand for coconut macaroons, but here we are. They are a little easier to bake, though, so maybe that’s it.
Macaroons
There’s also a cupcake available to celebrate the live-action Moana movie. It’s the Pua Aloalo, which is a vanilla cupcake with hibiscus-lychee mousse for $6.79. Sounds interesting!
New cupcake!
Whew…we see a lot just in one day when we’re visiting Disney World, but now you have an idea of just how busy our days can be, on top of reporting all the latest news Disney drops throughout the day. We’ll continue to keep you updated on all things Disney, so stay tuned to Magical Guides for more.
