May 26th is one of the most anticipated Disney World days in recent memory, with several major openings including the debut of the new Muppets-infused version of the Rock ’n’ Roller Coaster and the Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live! at Hollywood Studios, the patriotic-themed Soarin’ Across America at EPCOT, the launch of the Cool Kids Summer promotion, and the return of the free water park day perk. However, for many parents and kids, all of that pales in comparison to BLUEY!

That’s right, May 26th will finally see everyone’s favorite Australian Heeler puppy and her family make their Disney World debut at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. However, there’s something important parents of young kids need to know.

Planning guide for the ultimate Disney vacation

Animal Kingdom’s Conservation Station will be home to Bluey’s Wild World, where guests will be able to “play and dance with Bluey and Bingo! Play some of (their) favorite games from Bluey episodes with a fun animal twist, like butterfly keepy uppy”, grab the whole family, and “snap some pictures alongside your Blue Heeler pals to remember this one-of-a-kind adventure.” The experience will also feature animals native to Bluey’s home country of Australia!

However, the issue that families may run into is that Conservation Station is only accessible via the Wildlife Express Train, which only allows foldable strollers onboard.

Therefore, parents will need to park their stroller at the station in Africa and take the train to Conversation Station, and pick up their stroller upon their return.
This brings up several potential issues, including children needing to be outside of their strollers, as well as the amount of stroller parking required. After all, if Disneyland’s Bluey show is any indication, Bluey’s Wild World is going to be MASSIVELY popular.

In addition to Bluey’s Wild World, a new Bluey-themed treat is also debuting at the park! Beginning on May 26th, the Fairy Bread Cake will be available at Pizzafari. It’s a vanilla birthday cake dipped in white chocolate with rainbow sprinkles. I’ll be served with a raspberry dipping sauce.

Bluey’s Wild World, the first Walt Disney World experience based on the mega-popular Australian series Bluey, is debuting at Animal Kingdom on May 26th, and parents should be prepared for their kids to be separated from their strollers for an extended period. Stay tuned to Magical Guides for further coverage of Disney World’s big May.
