We love The Cake Bake Shop Restaurant for its yummy entrees and over-the-top cakes, but have you tried their drinks yet?

Brûlée Martini

Cake Bake has some great cocktails like Gwendolyn’s Famous Cosmopolitan and The Black Swan, so this new martini caught our eye!

The Brûlée Martini is $22 at The Cake Bake Shop Restaurant. It’s made with Broker’s gin, St. Germain, Bitter Truth violet liqueur, and house-made Rosé Bubbles syrup, then garnished with edible glitter and violet flowers.

This martini tasted very floral thanks to the elderflower-flavored St. Germain, violet liqueur, and rose syrup. We could barely taste the gin in here with how strong all of the florals are, and because of that, the strong alcohol taste typically in a martini wasn’t prominent either. Overall, it was very floral and sweet, but not much else.

We’d recommend this to anyone wanting a fun, floral cocktail at Disney World. This didn’t feel like a martini to us with how weak it was, so if you’re a martini purist, this drink might not be for you. If you want to try it for yourself, it’s available at The Cake Bake Shop at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn.
