We have been eating our way around the first day of the 2026 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, and we’re inviting you to JOIN US!

Northern Bloom Booth
The festival has officially kicked off with new merchandise, exclusive entertainment, beautiful topiaries, stunning garden displays, and of course, a plethora of delicious food to eat. We’ve been trying many of the outdoor kitchens (AKA food booths) at this year’s fest, and now we’re heading to Northern Bloom. Is it worth your time during your visit? We’ll find out together!
At the Northern Bloom booth, you’ll find a nice selection of Canadian-inspired eats. The three food items are things we’ve tried before, but there are some new beverages to sample.
2026 Northern Bloom Menu
Both the Collective Arts Brewing Garden Shed Lager and the Collective Arts Brewing Guava Gose are new. Now that we’ve seen what they have to offer, let’s dive into the menu itself!
We snagged the Beef Tenderloin Tips with mushroom bordelaise, whipped potatoes, and garden vegetables for $7.79. They’re also returning, and last year, we found them to be nice and tender with some strong, tangy flavors.

Beef Tenderloin Tips
The Beef Tenderloin Tips are, once again, a Best of the Fest contender. The steak was a good portion size, the gravy (while maybe a tinge salty) mixed well with everything, the carrots were soft, and the mashed potatoes were creamy, all of which combined into a perfectly balanced offering.
For dessert, we ordered the returning Chocolate-Maple Whiskey Cake for $4.79. It’s a rich chocolate cake with maple and whisky sauce, and when we had it last year, it was ooey, gooey, and oh-so-rich.

Chocolate-Maple Whiskey Cake
This dessert was DELICIOUS. The lava cake-style cake was nice and moist, and the maple caramel and whiskey sauces gave the cake a gooey quality that we really enjoyed.

So gooooooey
Now, on to the drinks!
In terms of drinks, we started with the Beer Flight for $12.75. It includes the new Collective Arts Brewing Garden Shed Lager, the new Collective Arts Brewing Guava Gose, and the returning Collective Arts Brewing Grapefruit Lime Sour.

Northern Bloom Beer Flight
In the past, the Grapefruit Lime Sour tasted more like a hard cider to us, and this year it had a VERY strong lime flavor, to the point where it was more like a tart lime juice than grapefruit. Very tart and bitter, still not super strong either. Not at all sweet

Collective Arts Brewing Grapefruit Lime Sour
The Collective Arts Brewing Garden Shed Lager was salty and tart with a slight citrus flavor. It was more sour than sweet, though still not super strong.

Collective Arts Brewing Garden Shed Lager
And the Collective Arts Brewing Guava Gose was probably our personal favorite. It was more cider-like compared to the saltiness of the other beers. It was also slightly stronger than the others, but that was balanced by the guava flavor. Overall, the fruitiness gave it a spring vibe very in line with the festival’s theme.

Collective Arts Brewing Guava Gose
You can also order the Florida Orange Groves Winery Sparkling Blackberry Wine for $12. It’s returning, and in past years, we thought it was nice and sweet, not super heavy on the alcohol flavor, and very palatable.

How did Northern Bloom perform overall? Let’s talk about it!
Northern’s Bloom’s 1-2 punch of the Beef Tenderloin Tips and the Chocolate-Maple Whiskey Cake – both Best of the Fest contenders – made it one of our favorite booths this year, and a can’t-miss if you’re heading to the 2026 Flower & Garden Festival.
