Lan Yuan full spread
The Flower and Garden Festival is happening now until June 1st, and we have already reviewed every single Flower and Garden Festival Food Booth for you. For this snack, we’re going to head to the Food Booth that is now known as Lan Yuan Outdoor Kitchen in the China pavilion.
At this booth, you’ll find fan-favorites like House-made Cheesy Crab Wontons and Pan-fried Vegetable Dumplings, which are back. But, we’re here to talk about the snack almost too beautiful to eat… almost. We’re talking about the new Tanghulu, which costs $7.25.

Tanghulu
This is a skewer of strawberries and grapes coated in candied sugar syrup. The fruit itself is delicious, but we found that our dish had the sugar unevenly distributed.
Certain bites were great with a light crunch from the sugar, but then in other bites, we found the sugar too thick. We wish it were a thinner covering, but it does get bonus points for being very picture-worthy. Now that could change, especially since we went on the first day of the festival — so we’re not saying this is the norm, but just our experience.
Lan Yuan Outdoor Kitchen
When we tried this, we had several guests stop to ask us where to find it. If you’re hoping to grab this treat (to either eat or photograph), be sure to head to EPCOT by June 1st. For more Disney snack reviews and for the latest Disney news, be sure to follow us at Magical Guides!
