If you and your Valentine love great food, pretty cocktails, and having a reason to dress up a little, you’re going to want to hear this. A popular restaurant near Disney World is offering a special Valentine’s Day dinner that feels equal parts luxe and romantic. Since it’s happening at one of Orlando’s own Michelin-recommended restaurants, you already know you’re in for something truly special. Let’s take a look at what they’re cooking up!
If you’re looking to seriously level up your Valentine’s Day plans near Disney World this year, Four Flamingos just dropped a dining experience that’s chock-full of romantic vibes. The popular Orlando restaurant will be offering a special four-course prix-fixe Valentine’s Day Dinner on February 14th, and the menu is packed with indulgent, date-night-worthy dishes from start to finish.
Four Flamingos: A Richard Blais Florida Kitchen
This exclusive Valentine’s experience begins with a Chef’s Amuse Bouche and a glass of champagne to kick off the evening — because honestly, every romantic dinner should start that way. You can also add an optional wine pairing package for $90, which is a great touch if you want the full elevated dining experience. Would you prefer to stick with your usual favorites? Good news: Four Flamingos will also continue to offer its standard menu alongside the special Valentine’s selections! But let’s talk about what the exclusive menu will have available.
Fried Coconut Shrimp
The prix-fixe menu itself is all about luxe flavors and creative presentations. Course 1 lets you choose between a Scallop ceviche with coconut aguachile, radish, red onions, and cilantro, or a Mojo beef carpaccio with capers, arugula, lime juice, chili Dijon mustard, Manchego cheese, and crostini.
For Course 2, options include Lobster ravioli with confit tomato petals, coconut lobster cream, and lemon crème fraîche, or Wagyu short ribs with sweet plantain mangu, pickled shallots, and culantro oil.
Course 3 brings even more drama with either a Halibut mosaic with sautéed spinach escabeche, culantro beurre blanc, and chili oil, or a NY Wagyu strip & sofrito shrimp served with roasted garlic & culantro mash and salsa verde.
Black Pepper Crusted N.Y. Strip, Hot Honey Carrot Puree & Smoked Avocado Chimichurri
And yes, dessert absolutely understood the assignment. Choose between the Strawberry Noisette Amour, featuring strawberry mousse, hazelnut cake, and a delicate flower veil, or The Cuban Cigar, a rich combo of colada crèmeux, flourless cake, dark chocolate mousse, and hazelnut croquant.
Euphoria
The Valentine’s Day Dinner is priced at $150 per person (plus taxes and fees), and reservations are available now through FourFlamingosOrlando.com or OpenTable. With a menu this indulgent and a vibe this romantic, this is definitely one of those Disney-area Valentine’s dinners you’ll want to book sooner rather than later.
We’re constantly talking about everything going on in and around Disney World — including a few other notable restaurants you should try on your next Orlando visit. Be sure to stay tuned with us so you don’t miss a beat!
