2025 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival
If you’re planning to hit up the beloved EPCOT annual event this fall, there are some rules you should follow to get the most bang for your buck and make sure you’re not wasting any money.
One of the best ways to budget for the Food & Wine Festival is to put the defined amount of money you wish to spend on a gift card, like the adorable wristlet gift cards Disney sells during the park’s various festival seasons. We’ve recommended this for years, and the announcement that the 2026 Festival is moving to a completely cashless model for its booths makes it an even smarter play.

Speaking of gift cards, we recommended getting one of those individual gift card wristlets for each person in your party, with an amount tailored to them based on their spending habits. That way, everyone is working with their own amount.

Festival items can fill you up fast, even if some of the portion sizes may seem small at first sight. We’d definitely recommend only getting food from one booth at a time; that way, you and your party can pace yourselves and enjoy food from so many different booths!

All of these booths and the number of items they have at each can feel overwhelming, which is why we recommend having an idea of what you want to try from each booth beforehand! We have coverage of each booth’s food and drink menus from last year; take a look to have an idea of what’s to come! And keep that website handy because once the menus officially drop, it’ll be updated!

While that aforementioned list is smart to have, it’s okay to make changes and steer away from the original plan! If you feel yourself getting full from all the other foods and your “must-have” item is still several booths away, make some cuts to make sure you still have room. The same goes for beverages, especially of the alcoholic variety. If you find yourself starting to “feel it” as the day goes on, take a break, drink some water, and cut the rest of the libations from the rest of your day.
