We’re aboard the Disney Destiny exploring all it has to offer, and while we're loving every bit, there’s a hidden gem you absolutely can't miss. The ship is brimming with exciting new characters, dazzling entertainment, and captivating décor, but it’s the heroes and villains theme that truly stands out. Among these experiences is a hidden encounter with Dr. Facilier from *The Princess and the Frog*. We had the opportunity to check it out, and believe us, it’s worth the wait!
Dr. Facilier’s Parlor, cleverly tucked away, offers an intimate experience. It's a bit of a challenge to find, but the Cast Members are trained to guide you there, which was super helpful.
We lined up early, waited about 50 minutes, and it was well worth it. They take small groups, around 10 people, which makes the experience feel personal. As we entered, Dr. Facilier exuded a menacing charm with soft jazz playing in the background, and the room draped in his iconic colors.
In our session, he selected three people he said possessed "intuition and the gift" and engaged them in a mesmerizing show that involved parlor tricks and lots of crowd interaction. It truly felt like he stepped straight out of the movie, showcasing his character’s charisma without being overly animated, which added a realistic touch.
Though it's a short ten-minute experience, it's a must for Disney Villains fans seeking a unique, personal encounter. What do you think? Would you be interested in checking this out? Share your thoughts below!
