The Best Character Dining Meal

We can’t say enough good things about Artist Point at Wilderness Lodge. This prix-fixe dining experience takes place in an enchanted forest setting and offers each guest their choice of an individually plated entree, along with shared appetizers and desserts for the whole table. Each course item is themed to Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. This is perfect because you’ll get the chance to MEET Snow White, Grumpy, Dopey, AND the Evil Queen during your meal. But don’t be discouraged by it being a character meal!

We know that some character meals mean low-quality food, but that’s just not true here! Storybook Dining knocks it out of the park as far as both character meals and prix fixe menus go, but make sure to get reservations for this one as soon as possible, since you can only eat here during dinner. We love that families with kids and even Disney couples will love this place!

The Fanciest Disney World Hotel Restaurant

The award-winning Victoria & Albert’s at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is the most exclusive restaurant in all of Disney World. It has not only been recognized by the Michelin Guide but has also won the prestigious AAA Five Diamond Award. The restaurant offers a main dining room, a Chef’s Table, which is located in the kitchen, and a Queen Victoria Room, which is also exclusive!

Pricing depends on what area you choose to sit in, but expect to pay, at a minimum, $295+ per guest. Yes, it is very expensive, but the multi-hour dining experience might be more than worth it for you.

We consider dining here a whole experience; it’s not just a place to grab a bite to eat. Note that reservations are very difficult to find, although not impossible. Kids under the age of 10 are also not allowed to dine here.

The Most Unique Disney Hotel Restaurant

Sanaa at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge has been a Magical Guides favorite for years and years, and we never leave disappointed. The atmosphere is wonderful as you will get a view of the savannah and the animals that live here. As for the African-inspired food? It definitely makes traveling to Animal Kingdom Lodge WORTH the trip.

Sanaa

If you’re on the Disney Dining Plan, Sanaa only requires one meal credit, which feels like a steal! This restaurant menu is on the adventurous side, so it might not be for everyone. But if you’re looking for something unique at Disney World, this is it!

The Best Steakhouse at a Disney World Restaurant

Steakhouse 71 at the Contemporary Resort offers casual dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The prices are reasonable, the food is superb, and the theming takes us back in time since it’s all a tribute to the year 1971, which just so happens to be the opening year of Magic Kingdom.

The steakhouse menu is only available for dinner, but don’t let that stop you from heading here for breakfast or lunch! We also love that it is within walking distance from Magic Kingdom, as there aren’t many sit-down restaurant options there.
