For many, room service is an essential element of a hotel stay, arguably seen as more of a basic necessity than a “perk.”

We miss room service!

Which makes it all the more surprising that right now there are only TWO locations on Disney property where hotel guests can order room service!

Disney Vacation Planner

The first is Disney’s flagship resort, the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Guests staying at the hotel can order private dining options to their rooms from both breakfast and dinner menus.

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort

Breakfast, which is offered from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, offers appetizers including oatmeal, a yogurt parfait, a fresh fruit bowl, and avocado toast, and full entrees including Eggs Benedict, Mickey Waffles, a breakfast sandwich, buttermilk pancakes, and more.

Perhaps the most unique offering is the Grand Family Breakfast. This $95 offering serves four and includes scrambled eggs, Mickey Waffles, bacon, sausage, Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole, Biscuits, Fresh Fruit, butter, jam, maple syrup, Minute Maid Orange Juice, and guests’ choice of hot beverage. The menu also offers children’s options, as well as wine, beer, and cocktails.

The dinner menu, available from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, offers appetizers, drinks, soups, and salads, and is highlighted by entrees including the Grand Floridian Cafe Signature Burger, Buttermilk-Fried Chicken, Miso-Glazed Salmon, Farmer’s Market Vegetable Curry, Slow-braised Pork Shank, a Roast Beef Sandwich, and more.

In-Room Dining at the Grand Floridian

If you’d prefer to leave your Disney hotel to eat, our Guide to Disney World Dining pulls it all together so you can stop stressing and focus on the fun without feeling like you’re missing a thing!

The other location where room service is still available may be on Disney property, but they’re not Disney hotels at all! The Swan & Dolphin hotel complex — home to the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, and the Swan Reserve.

The resorts offer breakfast from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM…

In addition, the Reserve offers lunch options from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Meals can be ordered online or on the hotel app, and guests must be present to receive delivery of their order.

In addition to in-room food delivery, the Swan & Dolphin also offers many of the same perks as Disney’s Deluxe Tier, including:

  • The ability to book Lightning Lanes 7 days in advance
  • Early Entry to Disney’s theme parks.
  • Extended Evening Hours at select Disney theme parks.
  • Complimentary transportation.
  • On-site and online Disney tickets.
  • Advance tee times at Disney golf courses.

The Swan Resort

If you’re planning to enjoy some room service during your next trip to Walt Disney World, your hotel choices are limited to the Grand Floridian Resort and the Swan & Dolphin complex. Stay tuned to Magical Guides for more Disney hotel tips.
