Springtime is here, and that means new menus are popping up all over Disney World.
A new spring menu is here!
In EPCOT, the Flower and Garden Festival has begun, bringing TONS of new eats to the park, but other restaurants all around the resort are joining in as well. That includes the Starbucks locations around as well, and we headed over to Connections Cafe to try the new drink AND new cake pop!
First up was the Iced Lavender Cream Chai for $6.75. This is made with chai spices and milk, served over ice and topped with lavender cold foam. The chai flavors come through really nicely in this drink, without being overwhelming. We honestly weren’t sure how the lavender and chai flavors would mix together, but the lavender helps soften the chai just a bit, and isn’t too floral tasting. It has a bit of an earthy taste to it, but we enjoyed it and would get it again!

Then it was time for the Frog Cake Pop, which is $3.45. The vanilla cake inside was moist and soft, while also being a little dense, giving it a thick texture that was nice to bite into. It’s great for those who are looking for something classic, or something familiar from home, and we think kiddos will especially love it. Maybe it’s not anything super special, but it was solid!

You’ll find Starbucks locations in each Disney World park, as well as two in Disney Springs. Lines can get VERY long for these spots, especially in the morning when people need to wake up with some coffee, so beware of that! If you’re open to other drinks, we suggest heading over to Joffrey’s, which is also available in numerous spots in all four parks, as well as Disney Springs — in and around EPCOT alone, there are FIVE Joffrey’s locations!
