The winter storms are still raging around the United States, and as a writer who’s stuck at home in the snow, all I can think about is how badly I want a Starbucks coffee!

It’s almost like the coffee company heard my heart’s desires because a brand-new Starbucks menu has just dropped online ahead of its in-store arrival. If you’re a lover of food trends like us, some of these new sips will really catch your eye (and your wallet).
Winter might be here, but spring is in the air! Starbucks’ Spring Menu is heading to the stores on March 3rd, 2026, with several fan favorites returning and other new treats. First up, we have new Chai drinks that will be customizable for sweetness and new flavors like Toasted Coconut that will be available all year!

The Ube food trend is also hitting Starbucks, which we honestly love! New drinks will include the Toasted Coconut Cream Cold Brew, an Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato, and a Toasted Coconut Latte. We can’t get over how bright and purple the Ube foam is!

Next, we have the new Lavender Cream Chai! For returning favorites, we have the Iced Lavender Cream Matcha, the Iced Lavender Latte, and the Lavender Creme Frappuccino!

For a sweet treat, there’s also a new Frog Cake Pop, which is SO CUTE! We did notice that the popular Cherry Chai was left off this preview, but we’re hoping it will make a return before the spring menu ends.

We are ridiculously excited about these new menu items, especially the Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato. If you’re at home or even in Disney World, you can put these new items to the test. I know I will be grabbing several of them as soon as they arrive on March 3rd! Be sure to keep following Magical Guides for more Starbucks updates, snack reviews, and more.
