NEWS: 60 People Evacuate Monorail After Power Failure in Disneyland

We’ve got news of a big evacuation out of Disneyland Resort.

CBS News has reported a power outage that caused crews to help people off the Monorail.


According to CBS, the Anaheim Police Department said about 60 people were trapped on the Monorail attraction. This was due to a power outage, causing the Monorail to stop on its tracks near Space Mountain in Tomorrowland.

Disneyland said the outage happened in the late afternoon and impacted two trains. Nobody was injured in the incident. Below, you can see a video from NBCLA showing the scene with passengers climbing down the fire truck ladder.
