This post is for my Type A planners who are already thinking about where they are traveling in 2027! (I know it can’t just be me)

Adventures by Disney is a unique way to vacation as a Disney fan, and now we know that one of the most popular trips is getting some changes. That’s right — the Rhine River Cruise is getting some new enhancements AND a new vacation option is available starting in 2027!
This trip takes travelers along the Rhine River, which is the second-longest river in Central and Western Europe. When the trip concludes, you’ll have visited Switzerland, Germany, France, and the Netherlands!

In 2027, Disney will add several experiences. Firstly, you’ll be able to explore Eguisheim, France — this is the real-life village that helped inspire the setting for Beauty and the Beast!
Another new option is a full-day excursion in Lucerne, Switzerland, to admire its Old Town, Glacier Garden, or even take a bike ride to the town of Neuf-Brisach, which houses a UNESCO World Heritage Site with a unique star-shaped design and a triple moat. Because one is not enough!

The cruise ends in Amsterdam, and in 2027, you’ll have even more flexibility on what you do there. Whether that’s a scenic canal cruise or a visit to the preserved Dutch village called Zaanse Schans to decorate wooden clogs, Disney is offering these activities in the morning and afternoon for more choices.

Not only are there enhancements, but Disney is adding a brand new adventure. Sleeping Beauty fans, you’re gonna want to listen up! The Munich Escape is a three-day/two-night vacation where you’ll explore the heart of Bavaria. Staying steps from Munich’s city center, you’ll venture out to make your own traditional German treats and visit a centuries-old brewery.
The best part is that this includes a trip to Neuschwanstein Castle. Any guesses on the significance of this? If you guessed that it was the castle that inspired Sleeping Beauty Castle at Disneyland Resort, you’d be correct!
