Over the last decade, Mobile Order has become a MAJOR part of the Walt Disney World experience.
Mobile Order
During that time, we’ve discovered quite a few Mobile Order hacks that make the system even more helpful!
As anyone who has used Disney’s Mobile Order before knows, you’re supposed to click the “I’m Here” button when you arrive at the restaurant to pick up your food. If you hit the button about five minutes before you actually walk up to the restaurant, it can make a huge difference, as by the time you arrive, your food will probably already be prepped for pickup.

It might not sound like much, but five minutes here and there adds up — especially on those days when your whole schedule is packed. That said, don’t hit it too early; you don’t want your food to get cold or soggy.
Beyond quick-service spots, several Disney World hotel table-service restaurants allow food to be ordered to go. For example, you can Mobile Order from places like Sanaa at Animal Kingdom Lodge or Kona Café at the Polynesian, pick it up, and eat wherever you want. Want to have a little picnic outside? Cool. Want to bring your food back to your room in your pajamas? Even better. This is a solid option for anyone who doesn’t want to lock into a full sit-down dining experience but still wants something a step above standard quick service.

Want to know which table service restaurants offer Mobile Order, and which are best to try in general? Our Guide to Disney World Dining pulls it all together so you can stop stressing and focus on the fun without feeling like you’re missing a thing!
Indulging in a late-night snack at a Disney World hotel can be a bit tricky. Quick-service dining locations and food courts at Disney hotels generally close at 11 PM, while table service dining seating generally ends at 10:00 PM. So, depending on a guest’s hotel’s location and which park they’re coming from, they may not be able to stay until close and make it back to their resort in time for a snack. In addition, outside of the Grand Floridian, no Disney-owned Disney World hotels offer room service, so that option’s out.

Oh how we miss room service!
You could DoorDash or Uber Eats from a non-Disney property, but you can also go another route. As you’re making your way out of whichever park, you can Mobile Order snacks to bring back to your room. Say, sweets from the Main Street Confectionery, like candy, cookies, candy apples, and treats you can snack on later, or Karamell-Küche in EPCOT for caramel popcorn, cookies, and caramel-covered everything. Simply grab on your way out, and enjoy back at your room.
