Disney Cruise Ships Change Course Due to Hurricane Melissa

Planning a Disney Cruise soon? There might be some concerns due to Hurricane Melissa, a powerful Category 4 storm expected to intensify to Category 5, currently traveling through the Atlantic.


Disney Cruise Line is proactively managing the situation. Those traveling on the Disney Wish or Disney Treasure should have received updates about altered itineraries.

For those booked on the Disney Treasure leaving October 25th, here is the revised itinerary:
- Saturday: Port Canaveral, Florida
- Sunday: Day at Sea
- Monday: Day at Sea
- Tuesday: Cozumel, Mexico
- Wednesday: Day at Sea
- Thursday and Friday: Disney Castaway Cay
- Saturday: Port Canaveral, Florida


Port adventures in Tortola and St. Thomas have been removed, but new adventures can be booked for Cozumel and Castaway Cay. The Disney Wish, departing October 27th, also has a modified route:
- Monday: Port Canaveral, Florida
- Tuesday: Disney Castaway Cay
- Wednesday: Nassau, The Bahamas
- Thursday: Day at Sea
- Friday: Port Canaveral, Florida
