We have sad poutine news from EPCOT. While we were expecting the closure, the Refreshment Port in EPCOT is officially temporarily closed. This snack stand, located near the Port of Entry and near the Canada pavilion, is closed for refurbishment. Refreshment Port is known for its poutine (and usually offers a special poutine during the festivals).

The Refreshment Port

Disney hasn’t announced when the Refreshment Port will reopen yet, and the Disney World website still shows no hours for the snack stand through March 13th (which is how far the calendar is currently available). That doesn’t necessarily mean it couldn’t open before March 13th, but as of right now, we don’t know when it will reopen.

When we stopped by The Refreshment Port this morning, a line of greenery blocked the entrance. While it is definitely closed, there wasn’t anything currently happening that we could see. Although they could also be working on the inside of the stand. The menu boards were still the same as before.

The Refreshment Port wasn’t listed on this year’s Festival of the Arts menus, either, so it looks like we won’t be getting a special poutine. There will still be plenty of food options, though (just no festival poutine). The EPCOT International Festival of the Arts will feature 18 Food Studios, along with special offerings at other locations throughout EPCOT. The festival kicks off this Friday, January 16th, and runs through February 23rd, 2026.

It’s almost time for the Festival of the Arts!

If you are looking to get your poutine fix while the Refreshment Port is closed, there are still a few spots around Disney World! If you are in EPCOT, you can grab the Signature Poutine from Le Cellier Steakhouse. It costs $19 and features hand-cut pomme frites, cheese curds, cheddar, and cabernet demi. Keep in mind that Le Cellier is a table-service restaurant, so you won’t be able to just grab your poutine and go.

If you are looking for a grab-and-go option, head over to The Daily Poutine at Disney Springs! The Daily Poutine offers a variety of poutine options, plus you can also grab a classic poutine with gravy and cheese curds. Or, you could try Buffalo Chicken Poutine, Butter Chicken Poutine, and more. If you are looking for more adventurous poutine options, eet by Maneet Chauhan at Disney Springs also offers a Tandoori Chicken Poutine. For $15.95, the Tandoori Chicken Poutine comes with chaat masala fries, tandoori chicken, white cheddar curds, and rich tomato butter sauce.
