Disney just released the 2026 Flower & Garden menus, but we have even more exciting news – there’s a new festival booth!

Nectar is a new booth for the Flower & Garden Festival 2026. They have an exciting new menu we can’t wait to try!
We don’t know the full menu for Nectar, Hosted by AdventHealth, but we have a sneak peek at their dessert! The Coconut Panna Cotta is made with cherry gelée and matcha crumb topped with a citrus cookie, plant-based meringue, and flower confetti.

We’re so excited to try the new festival booth when Flower & Garden opens! In the past, the AdventHealth-sponsored booth was located near the Land Pavilion at a kiosk, which is typically The Land Cart hosted by AdventHealth for our Flower & Garden alums. We don’t have the full menu for Nectar yet, but we’ll be sure to update when we do!
The Land Cart
There are also some other new desserts that we can’t wait to try. The Coconut-Chocolate Flan Bizcocho is a chocolate cake and coconut custard topped with passion fruit caramel. It will be available at the La Isla Fresca booth, which is usually in between the France and Morocco Pavilions.

We’re also excited to try the new Strawberry Basil Lemonade at Beach Grub. It’s Minute Maid Premium Lemonade and strawberry-hibiscus syrup that’s garnished with basil. Last year, the booth was on the walkway between the Imagination Pavilion and the World Showcase.

These new Miso Cola-Glazed Sticky Pork Ribs look so good! They’re pork ribs glazed with miso and Coca-Cola, topped with spicy pickled peppers and peanuts. They’ll be sold at Trowel & Trellis, which is usually between the entrance to World Showcase and the Port of Entry shop.

We’re so excited to try the new Flower & Garden menu items! We don’t know too much about the new Nectar booth yet, but we’re anxiously waiting for the full menu so we can start drooling. Stay tuned to Disney Food Blog for more Disney food news!
