Universal Orlando has lots of changes coming soon. On April 13th, the Universal Epic Universe Preview Center closed to make way for a NEW shop!
Universal Orlando
The Universal Legacy Tribute Store is now open!
At The Universal Legacy Store, you’ll be able to buy some fun retro merchandise, featuring a series of collections rolling out over the next few months from Tom Whalen. Tom Whalen is a Pennsylvania-based illustrator who incorporates his passions for graphic design, comic art, visual storytelling, typography, and innovative color palettes into an instantly recognizable style that can be found everywhere from department stores to theme parks to movie theaters. The collection will kick off with a Jaws-inspired collection coming next month!

There will also be some exclusive photo ops inspired by classic Universal Studios Florida attractions and Universal movies, notably E.T., Jaws, Back to the Future, and Universal Monsters. We can’t wait to snap a picture with Frankenstein!
Frankenstein’s Monster
The store originally opened in 2021, then closed briefly to become the Epic Universe Preview Center. It’s full of homages to attractions over the 31-year history of Universal, props and photos from throughout the years, and plenty of Universal Orlando merchandise. In the past, the store would have holiday transformations for Halloween, Mardi Gras, and Christmas. This is what it looked like at Christmas last year!

We’re so excited to go back to the Universal Legacy Store. Stay tuned to Disney Food Blog for more theme park news!
