Walt Disney World features an array of attractions across its four theme parks, catering to everyone from kids to thrill-seekers and grandparents. EPCOT, in particular, boasts rides for all tastes. However, just because Disney offers a range of adventures doesn't mean every ride is suitable for every guest.

My personal experience over 30 years at EPCOT has evolved, with some rides now feeling different physically and emotionally. This got me wondering: which EPCOT rides do visitors in their 50s often choose to skip? Here's what we've discovered.

**Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind**
This MCU-inspired coaster is a thrill-seekers delight with its unique ride system. Yet, it might not be ideal for those 50+ who are prone to motion sickness or have physical constraints.

**Mission Space**
Riders in this age group might opt out of this intense simulator due to its spinning centrifuge, especially if they have motion sensitivity. Many also hold a nostalgic grudge due to its replacement of the cherished Horizons ride.

**Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure and Frozen Ever After**
Both rides tend to have long waits and are based on relatively new films. Without a strong emotional connection to these stories, those over 50 may skip these unless visiting with family.

**Journey Into Imagination With Figment**
Many long-time fans may miss the original Dreamfinder & Figment version, disliking the newer iteration.

While not every EPCOT ride appeals to everyone, particularly guests in their 50s, there's always something for everyone at Disney. If you're over 50, which EPCOT rides do you usually avoid? Share your thoughts with us!
