It’s no secret that the Magical Guides team is cheese-obsessed. In fact, we often get into extensive discourses over the beloved dairy product!

Whether we’re talking about Disney’s plastic cheese or losing our minds over the latest mac & cheese, the Magical Guides team is always ready to talk cheese. So when we were discussing the best cheeses at Aldi, you’d best believe the conversation got HIGHLY opinionated!
ALDI grocery stores are kinda elite when it comes to cheese. Culinary experts and cheese enthusiasts praise the supermarket chain for its high-quality-imports, low price points, and the uniqueness of cheeses you can find. Featuring quality DOP and AOP cheeses, the stuff you can buy here is super legit and authentic, giving you some fantastic flavor. With all that in mind, our team was discussing which ALDI team is best…and while there wasn’t a true consensus, there were some popular answers.

The conversation started when a team member mentioned that they tried the blueberry vanilla goat cheese and the white stilton with mango and ginger, and loved both. That got us wondering which cheese reigns supreme.

There were votes in favor of the blueberry vanilla goat cheese, and it is even a go-to for some Magical Guides team members. The cranberry white cheddar cheese got some love, as did the jalapeno Havarti.

Of course, the DOP-certified and award-winning Parmigiano Reggiano was also brought up!

While a specific cheese didn’t come out on top in the debate, most team members agreed on a type of cheese being king. The Magical Guides team couldn’t deny that Aldi’s goat cheese is superior. Many praised the honey goat cheese specifically, and some mentioned others like the wine-soaked variety.
All in all, it seems Aldi goat cheese is truly special, and a definite favorite of Magical Guides!
