We've had to bid farewell to a few favorites at Disney's Animal Kingdom lately. "It’s Tough To Be A Bug" in the Tree of Life closed earlier this year to make way for a new show, "Zootopia: Better Zoogether," launching soon.

Dinoland, U.S.A. has been closing parts of its land in phases as Disney prepares to introduce a new area, Pueblo Esperanza. Additionally, Dino-Bite Snacks and Trilo-Bites will be closing on October 20th. Before that happens, Dino-Bite Snacks has introduced a treat so delicious we're already missing this spot!
Known for its top-notch ice cream cookie sandwiches, Dino-Bite Snacks has outdone itself with the Spiced Molasses Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich. This treat, for $8.79, features a Spiced Molasses Cookie with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and Fall Sprinkles.
It's all about balance, and they nail it every time with a cookie that's just right for a hefty scoop of ice cream. The warm, rich spiced molasses flavor screams "fall", and the leaf-shaped sprinkles add a delightful crunch.
I really hope these sandwiches appear elsewhere in the park; it would be a shame to lose them forever. Are we all hoping Disney hears our call? Make sure to grab one before Dino-Bite Snacks closes on October 20th.
