There’s no shortage of dining options across Walt Disney World, which can sometimes make it a bit overwhelming to find the best option for each guest.

Taste of the Caribbean Platter

Especially hotel options like Sebastian’s Bistro, which may fly under the radar!

Planning guide for the ultimate Disney vacation

Located at the Moderate Tier Caribbean Beach Resort, Sebastian’s Bistro serves family-style dishes “infused with rich Latin and Caribbean flavors.” The restaurant is loosely themed to the calypso-singing Sebastian the Crab from The Little Mermaid and features a bright and vivid color palette and thematic touches that jive with Caribbean Beach’s colorful take on island theming.

For $39 per adult or $21 per child, the restaurant offers a Taste of the Caribbean Menu, which includes oven-roasted citrus chicken, slow-cooked mojo pork, grilled chili-rubbed beef, sustainable baked fish, all paired with pull-apart rolls, salad, cilantro rice and beans, vegetable stew, grilled vegetables, and house-made coconut-pineapple bread pudding for dessert.

Buttery Pull-Apart Rolls

Guests can also add the following enhancements to their meal:

  • Crab and Seafood Cake with Tropical Mango Slaw and Guajillo Aïoli for $13.00
  • Fried Coconut Shrimp with Sweet Chili Sauce for $10.00.

There’s also a plant-based option, the Harvest of the Caribbean, which offers a kebab featuring Impossible Beef, fried jerk tofu with pineapple-chili, plant-based sausage with mango sambal, and Caribbean “Fish” Cake with curry “aïoli.”

The meal is served with dinner rolls with plant-based guava butter and caramelized onion jam, the Spice Necklace Salad (mixed greens with spiced candied pumpkin seeds, tropical fruit, and radish with key lime dressing), cilantro rice and beans, seasonal vegetables, sweet plantains, and plant-based Coconut-Pineapple Bread Pudding with plant-based caramel sauce and vanilla soy frozen dessert.
