We have some exciting Disney World news – the Disney Skyliner is back open! The Skyliner was closed from January 25th to January 31st and reopened this morning. We’re so excited to ride again.
The Skyliner are skyway gondolas that feature some of our favorite Disney characters. It connects two Disney World parks, Hollywood Studios and EPCOT, with five resorts. Here are some of our favorite ways to get around using the Skyliner!
The Skyliner is the easiest way to park hop from Hollywood Studios to EPCOT, or vice versa. You can hop on and glide in style around Walt Disney World Resort. We love catching aerial views of Spaceship Earth or Tower of Terror.

The Skyliner also connects the parks with four resorts:
If you’re staying at any of these resorts, you can easily hop on the Skyliner to get to a park.
Disney Skyliner at Art of Animation and Pop Century Resorts
If you’re ever feeling a Disney day without a park ticket, we love parking at Hollywood Studios and taking the Skyliner to a resort. We love visiting the Rivera Resort for its dining options. The lobby coffee shop, Le Petit Cafe, serves delicious lattes with gorgeous pastries. We also love Topolino’s Terrace for their character breakfast!
Disney’s Riveria Resort
You can also take the Skyliner to the Art of Animation Resort to take pictures with some of your favorite characters from The Lion King, The Little Mermaid, or Cars! We love their quick-service restaurant, Landscape of Flavors, for their fun desserts like the Sketchbook Cupcake or Mermaid Tail Cupcake.
