I'm not exaggerating, but when I heard about this new snack at Disneyland, I almost booked a flight across the country just to try it.
Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs at Downtown Disney

We visited Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs in Disneyland to sample the new Jalapeño Popper Mozzarella Stick. Priced at $15.50, it comes with chips and houses a delicious mix of jalapeños, bacon, and red & green onions, blended with cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, and pepper jack cheeses, fried in cornmeal batter and panko breadcrumbs. It even includes a side of garlic mayo.
Jalapeño Popper Mozzarella Stick
The jalapeño flavor is spot on, though not spicy—ironically, the garlic mayo packs more punch. The flavors meld beautifully, making it a great sharable snack. It doesn’t stick well together because of its gooeyness, but thankfully, it’s served with a dish and utensils, which are a must.
The panko breadcrumbs add the perfect crunch to balance the inside's gooey texture. We found it to be a fantastic addition to the Blue Ribbon offerings.
