**The Polite Pig** offers modern barbecue with wood-fired smoked and grilled dishes, serving all drinks on tap. Known for some of the best barbecue, we checked out their new **Taco Trio** and were delighted with the choice!
The **Taco Trio** is priced at $17 and includes a Pork Belly Taco, a Brisket Taco, and a Chicken Taco.
The **Pork Belly Taco** features a sweet and spicy pineapple-guajillo glaze with crunchy jicama tomatillo slaw. The tender pork belly with a hint of sweetness and spice complemented by the crunchy slaw was a standout.
The **Brisket Taco** boasts a unique 3-pepper cherry glaze with roasted corn salsa, combining sweet, smoky, and tart flavors beautifully. It was a top favorite with our reporter.
The **Chicken Taco** with jalapeño onion jam, Alabama sauce, and crisp lettuce was enjoyable, though it could use more sauce for added depth of flavor.
