Refreshment Outpost is everyone’s favorite halfway spot in World Showcase where you can stop for a drink or a unique bite to eat. And once again, it’s serving up some fun festival bites and sips for the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival.

Refreshment Outpost
The 2026 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival has officially started, and it has a LOT to offer. There are plenty of food booths with tasty items, unique topiaries to check out, merchandise to grab (of course), and even concerts to watch. But don’t let it overwhelm you; we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know. And now we’re heading to Refreshment Outpost to give you the FULL scoop! Is it worth a try? Let’s find out!
This year’s menu at Refreshment Outpost includes a new food item, a Garden Graze item (the Festival’s food crawl!), and some refreshing soft serve. On the drink side, you’ll find three new beers and a returning martini.

Refreshment Outpost 2026 Menu
Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself!
First up, we grabbed the new Nigerian Beef Pie with papaya syrup for $6.79.

Nigerian Beef Pie with papaya syrup
While we enjoyed this treat, it wasn’t really something we would write home about. The meat was on the drier side, so that it was noticeable, but it wasn’t so dry that it was unbearable. We also liked the papaya syrup, which added a bit of sweetness to the beef, which was a fun, sweet, and savory moment.

We loved the syrup on top
If you’re doing the Garden Graze food crawl at this year’s Festival, you can pick up the Seasonal Fruit Parfait with sweet chili sauce and DOLE Whip Mango here! The parfait is priced at $6.99.

Seasonal Fruit Parfait
Last year, we found this parfait to be a good enough item. The mango DOLE Whip gives an intense, concentrated mango flavor that complements the Tajin, making for a really pleasant and balanced flavor. We could see the Mango DOLE Whip being too sweet for some, but we really enjoyed it, and we appreciated that the Cast Member asked us if we wanted the additional seasoning on top, so if you’re worried about the spice, you might be able to speak to the Cast Member.

It’s such a refreshment
If you’re just looking for a soft serve cone, you’ll find those here, too. This year’s flavors are Tangerine and the plant-based DOLE Whip Mango, each for $6.29. Both would be refreshing treats on a warm springtime day! The soft serve tasted just like an Orange Julius! It wasn’t too sweet or overpowering and was perfectly refreshing on a hot Florida day. The cone tasted fresh and not stale as well.

DOLE Whip Tangerine
We couldn’t resist a full cone of the DOLE Whip either! Again, we think it might be too sweet for some, but we had a blast with the flavor, and it was also in the fresh cone. If you’re someone who has to try every DOLE Whip, this is one you need to add to your list.

The final food item (that’s kind of a drink too) is the non-boozy Ice Cream Float made with Tangerine soft-serve and Barq’s Red Creme Soda for $6.79.

When we’ve ordered this at previous festivals, we found it to be a refreshing treat.
The returning drink for 2026 is the Boyd & Blair Lavender Martini for $12.50. This used to be available at Refreshment Port, but it moved to the Outpost recently.

This drink is made with Boyd & Blair Potato Vodka with lavender and lemon, and has been around for a few years.
New to the Refreshment Outpost this year are several beers and ciders, which you can grab for $12.50 each:
Going for a sweet treat? This is going to be your stop! We loved all the soft serve and DOLE Whip options, and you could even go savory with the Beef Pie. DOLE Whip lovers will want to make sure they stop here, and when you’re heading through the World Showcase and need to stop for some shade and a Coke, this is a great place to do it.
