Exploring Disney Springs offers an endless array of dining experiences that seem impossible to fully enjoy. Luckily, we're on the ground daily to guide you through the best choices for you and your group. Recently, we discovered a Martini Hour at the trendy Summer House on the Lake, and naturally, we had to try it out!
Operating Monday to Friday from 3-6 PM, Martini Hour boasts its own exclusive menu. With $10 martinis including the Classic, Espresso, and Finn Collins, there's something for cocktail fans, plus deals on wine and beer if martinis aren't your thing.
We sampled the Classic Martini, opting for it dirty with vodka and stuffed olives, and the Finn Collins, perfect for those with a sweeter palate. It's floral and refreshing, without being overly sweet.
For bites, the Bottomless Truffle Fries ($10, fit for up to four people) were aromatic and crispy, paired perfectly with delicious aioli. We couldn't resist a second serving! We also tried the Lobby Cut Tavern Style Pizza ($12), delicious with its thin-crust and simple yet high-quality ingredients.
