Disney World is home to plenty of rides, restaurants, and entertainment, but if you’re traveling with a baby and need a break to change them, nurse them, or just escape the chaos for a bit, the Baby Care Centers are priceless.
Hollywood Studios Baby Care Center
Each park features a Baby Care Center that offers additional supplies, a quiet place for them to nap or rest, and even toys and activities for big brothers and sisters who tag along. One Baby Care Center just got a MAJOR upgrade, so come with us to Hollywood Studios to check it out!
Previously, you’d find the Hollywood Studios Baby Care Center on Hollywood Boulevard at Guest Relations, but it has officially been moved to inside the new Walt Disney Studios courtyard. This area recently opened to visitors after having been transformed from the previous Animation Courtyard land. Walt Disney Studios is modeled after its namesake, the animation studio in Burbank, California — and it really looks just like it!
New Baby Care Center Location
Just outside the new Baby Care Center, there’s a small and shaded courtyard area for stroller parking, along with some space to let kiddos get some energy out without being in the middle of the chaos. Additional shade at Disney World is ALWAYS a bonus, if you ask us!
Outside the new Baby Care Center
Inside the Baby Care Center is beautifully decorated and has plenty of seating, complete with tables and chairs for adults and kiddos alike. You’ll also find a small kitchenette with basic necessities, changing rooms with tables, a nursing room with chairs, restrooms, a feeding area with high chairs, and a family area with a television set to play Disney favorites. Plus, how cute is that Tarzan mural on the ceiling?!
Inside the Baby Care Center
As you enter the Baby Care Center, you’re greeted by this welcome sign that features some adorable babies from Disney animation history, along with a fun rhyme. This spot is also where you can find additional infant essentials for sale — in case you forgot or ran out. You’ll find items like diapers, wipes, baby food, formula, clothing, sunscreen, and over-the-counter medications, depending on what’s available at any given moment.
An adorable welcome sign
For parents and guardians of multiple kids, Baby Care Centers also offer plenty of toys to keep older ones entertained while the little ones are being tended to, like this fully stocked lineup of plushes and stuffies!
Toys for kiddos
There are also plenty of activities and art supplies, including colored pencils, glue, chalk, crayons, scissors, construction paper, and even paint and paint brushes!
These Baby Care Centers can really come in handy when you need to take care of your little ones, and they offer a nice respite from both the heat and the chaos of the rest of the Disney World parks.
Activities for kiddos
We’ll be on the lookout for even more updates from Hollywood Studios and beyond. In the meantime, make sure you stay tuned to the Disney Food Blog for the latest Disney news and more!
