Disney plans to rebuild park lost in LA wildfires this year.

In January, wildfires wreaked havoc on properties across Southern California, especially in Los Angeles. The Walt Disney Company, with deep ties to the area, pledged $15 million to aid L.A.'s recovery. Of this, $5 million will assist in revamping Altadena’s Charles White Park, heavily impacted by the fires. The redesign will include a community center and a Disney-themed playground to delight local families and is set to reopen in 2026. Disney's talented Imagineers are collaborating with County officials on the project.

Disney CEO Bob Iger highlighted the company's dedication to supporting their longstanding community, hoping the park's transformation brings joy and renewal to Altadena.
