Disney Announced Major Updates on Its Golf Courses

We often focus on the rides and delicious food at Disney World, but there’s another big draw: golf. Disney World boasts three championship golf courses and a scenic nine-hole walking layout, attracting golf enthusiasts from all over. Recently, the National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA) recognized Disney World Golf as its 2026 Resort Golf Course of the Year. That’s quite an honor!

Disney’s golf courses, managed by the legendary Arnold Palmer Golf Management, will be celebrated at the NGCOA Golf Business Conference next year in Orlando. According to Cathy Harbin, President of the NGCOA Board, Disney Golf embodies the pinnacle of luxury golf experiences, combining exceptional service with innovative design.

They’ve even invested in major upgrades, like new premium golf carts equipped with USB charging ports and high-resolution displays, plus overseeding all courses and renovating the Magnolia Golf Course. It now features themed Disney elements like a Mickey Mouse-shaped bunker.
