We love heading to Hollywood Studios for some movie magic, and while the thrilling rides and yummy food are amazing, we have a hot take. Hollywood Studios is the best park for character meet-and-greets!
Hollywood Studios has the best meet-and-greets!
Whether you want to visit Mickey Mouse, Olaf, or Chewbacca, Hollywood Studios has a character meet-and-greet for everyone. When we were at the park yesterday, we discovered a brand-new character meet-and-greet that Disney didn’t even announce!
We were strolling through Commisary Lane in Hollywood Studios to find this brand-new sign. It’s not even technically a sign, it’s just painted on the wall! To find this hidden meet-and-greet, enter Commisary Lane by the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant, and it will be on the right beside Red Carpet Dreams, the spot where you can meet Mickey and Minnie Mouse.

Here, you can meet Bitsy, one of the four fearless felines of the SuperKitties! Today, you can meet Bitsy at 10:30 AM, 11:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 1:30 PM, and 2:30 PM. These times are subject to change, so check your My Disney Experience app for updated times when you visit.

It’s Bitsy!
In addition, you can meet Disney Jr. royalty, Sofia the First! Sofia has fewer meet-and-greet times than Bitsy, meeting at the same spot at only 11 AM, 12 PM, 1 PM, and 2 PM. We weren’t even able to meet her because she comes out so little. Again, these times can vary by day, so check your My Disney Experience app for updated times!
We missed Sofia!
We haven’t been able to meet Disney Jr. characters since the Animation Courtyard closed last September, and while the land is reopening this month as The Walt Disney Studios, Disney Jr. character meet-and-greets aren’t on the lineup. You used to be able to meet Sofia the First, Doc McStuffins, Vampirina, Fancy Nancy, and Pluto before the closure. Disney announced that once The Walt Disney Studios opens on May 26th, the lineup will be Donald and Daisy, Chip and Dale, Goofy, Stitch, Mulan, and Rapunzel. We’re hoping this is now a permanent addition to Hollywood Studios for little ones to meet their favorite TV show characters!
