I'm curious how others ensure that your DVC membership is a wise financial investment? Is a DVC membership worth it? what are some advantages / disadvantages of taking out a loan (or using other financing methods) to buy into DVC? does anyone have advice for others considering the same path...

I purchased resale in 2015. I still get discounts, lounge access, previews, ect. If I add a family member to my contract and remove an ex, will I lose these benefits?

I noticed that the Sorcerer Pass is for "eligible" DVC members. What exactly does that mean? Which members are eligible vs the ones who aren't?

What do we think of the new Poly tower? I saw that bookings already opened at the beginning of June even though it won't be open until December. I can't wait to see people posting about their stays. It looks beautiful and I definitely want to try it out.
