DVC Sorcerer Pass

I noticed that the Sorcerer Pass is for "eligible" DVC members. What exactly does that mean? Which members are eligible vs the ones who aren't?

Knowing if you're an eligible DVC member means you must have purchased the DVC directly from Disney. If you purchased it through the resale market, you are not eligible to use the lounges or get the benefit of the discount annual pass from Disney World.
