Let’s be real—airports can be stressful. Long security lines, taking off your shoes, digging out your laptop, and that constant worry about missing your flight. But what if you could skip most of that hassle?

That’s where TSA PreCheck comes in. It makes flying so much easier by cutting down wait times and eliminating a lot of the usual headaches. If you’re traveling in 2025—whether to Disney World or anywhere else—it’s worth considering.

At security, TSA PreCheck members typically wait less than 10 minutes. No more standing in a never-ending line while juggling bags, shoes, and electronics. Instead, you breeze through while everyone else is stuck scrambling. And once you’re past security, you actually have time to grab a coffee, browse duty-free, or just relax instead of sprinting to your gate. If you’re traveling with kids, it’s even more of a lifesaver—less stress means fewer meltdowns before you even board.

It’s available at over 200 airports and works with more than 90 airlines, so chances are, it’s an option no matter where you’re flying from. Plus, at $78 for five years, it breaks down to less than $16 a year—pretty reasonable for a smoother travel experience. And if you’ve ever flown during the holidays, you know how brutal the crowds can be. TSA PreCheck helps you sidestep the madness, making those peak travel seasons way more bearable.

If you’re planning a Disney trip, using Small World Vacations can help with expert planning and potential savings. And for more travel tips and hacks, keep following the Disney Food Blog!

Have you tried TSA PreCheck? Do you think it’s worth it? Let’s talk in the comments!

It's a no brainer to have PRe-Check. I did have CLEAR for when I traveled, but IMO at MCO it doesn't make sense, as they also offer CLEAR Reserve, which is free....whatever, I'm not bitter or anything.
