Don't overlook the food at Morimoto Asia—it's packed with delicious options! This is Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto's first Pan-Asian restaurant, with a focus on Chinese, Japanese, and Korean cuisines. We've eaten here multiple times and have always been impressed.

If you're looking for a reason to visit, you're in luck! Morimoto Asia is hosting a special Ramen Rumble and celebrating the Lunar New Year this January, featuring exclusive snacks and drinks like a Snake Eyes cocktail.
A beloved Disney Springs tradition is back for 2025 with the 7th Ramen Rumble on Monday, January 27th. This event is a culinary competition featuring five top chefs from Central Florida. Each chef will serve a unique style of ramen, and attendees can vote for their favorite.

This year's chefs include Nikk Burton from The Monroe and Tatsuki Takayama from WA Ramen. The winner will earn the title of "Ramen Royalty of Central Florida" and a "Broth Belt" trophy.
Tickets are now available online, priced from $55 to $95 for general admission or $600 for a Private Booth. There are two seatings at 5:30 PM and 8 PM.
In addition, Morimoto Asia is celebrating the Lunar New Year with new limited-time dishes and a special cocktail in honor of the Year of the Snake.

For a treat in January, try the tempura softshell crab appetizer or the crispy Bossam-style pork belly entrée, available from January 20th to February 9th, 2025. Don't miss out on these new offerings!
