After Hours events are back at Disney World for 2025, and we couldn't be more thrilled!
At EPCOT, the After Hours events are happening on select nights from February 27th through September 25th, and we joined the first one of the year. Since these events have limited capacity, guests can enjoy easy access to attractions like Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. Here's the scoop: EPCOT After Hours goes from 10 PM to 1 AM, but ticket holders can enter as early as 7 PM. At the February 27th event, there was a 65-minute wait during the first hour, but by 11:50 PM, it had dropped to just 35 minutes according to the My Disney Experience app, and it was accurate!
Even later, as the event wrapped up at 1 AM, we went back to Cosmic Rewind and were pleased to find zero wait — we breezed right up to the pre-show!
If you're not planning on attending After Hours, you can take advantage of Early Theme Park Entry and Extended Evening Hours, depending on your hotel. These perks give guests extra time in parks, affecting wait times significantly!
To minimize lines without extra cost, try rope dropping the parks (arrive before they open), lining up during meal times or entertainment, or waiting until near closing.
