Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be covered with construction walls for several years due to numerous upcoming additions and changes across most Disney World parks. While we're eager to see the final results, the walls will be a challenge.
In Muppets Courtyard, a new Monsters Inc. Land will replace the current area, which is set to open by 2026 or 2027, but the exact start of construction is unknown. This less-trafficked area will lose two restaurants and a popular attraction, likely increasing crowds elsewhere.
The closure of the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster will complicate access to the new Villains Show. Although construction won't block the entrance, it will narrow the path, creating potential bottlenecks.
