Disney World is bustling with activity this March. The EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival is now underway, soon to be joined by Easter delights and impressive Easter Egg displays at select hotels. Let's not overlook St. Patrick’s Day on March 17th, best celebrated at Disney Springs’ very own Irish gem, Raglan Road, during their Mighty St. Patrick’s Festival from March 14th to 17th.

Here's a sneak peek of the festival lineup, starting with Paddy’s Bar's grand opening. We previewed special dishes like "When Ireland Dates America," featuring bacon and cabbage mac & cheese bites, and "Pull the Boxty," with its glorious potato cake and ham hock. For those craving a sweet, "It’s OK to Drool" brings the famous Bread and Butter Pudding in French toast form.

Fancy a fancy cocktail? The vibrant Emerald Goddess, crafted with Irish gin and sparkling notes, is a must-try, along with the Bailey O’Minty shake for a boozy kick.

What do you think of these festive offerings? Would you indulge in these mouthwatering options? Share your thoughts with us!
