I don’t know about you, but I could blow my entire paycheck on the new Muppet souvenirs that dropped with Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets in Hollywood Studios. I have seen about five t-shirts I need, a few pins, and probably some stuffed Animals (haha, get it?), and as soon as I heard new souvenirs would be coming with the ride, I have been waiting until I can head straight to the gift shop and buy them.
Opening day crowds
While the attraction is now open to the general public, it’s not going to be as easy as you think to grab your new Muppet gear.
When we went to Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster on opening morning, we were going to head to the Rock Around the Shop, the gift shop at the end of the ride, but we found out that it’s only available for riders right now! This is probably to make sure there aren’t massive crowds near the roller coaster’s exit.

Rock Around the Shop
Now, before you’re wildly disappointed and think that your chance of securing Muppet merch is over, you can actually grab the items on Sunset Boulevard. You can find them in Carthay Circle, which is one of the shops along the sides of the street.
Ready to shop!
We’re not sure how long this rule is going to be in place, but we’re thinking it’s just until the crowds die down a bit. Because there’s a huge priority for these souvenirs, it’s nice to be able to grab them in two different locations, too.
