Planning a trip to Disneyland for spring break? Hold on a moment before rushing to your favorite rides. Two well-loved attractions are set for refurbishment in March and April, and we have the scoop on what to expect!

Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout will be closed from March 10th to March 20th in Disney California Adventure, and Indiana Jones Adventure will be closed from March 17th to April 24th at Disneyland Park. Additionally, other attractions like Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln, Meeting Tinker Bell in Pixie Hollow, Grizzly River Run, and "it's a small world" are currently closed too.

While Disneyland gears up for its 70th Anniversary, more details have emerged about these closures. For example, "it's a small world" will introduce new characters, including Miguel and Dante from Coco, when it reopens on April 25th. Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln will offer a second show in rotation called Walt Disney — A Magical Life, available starting July 17th.

These refurbishments aim to ensure everything is in perfect condition for the big anniversary, which is likely to draw large crowds. Guardians will reopen on March 21st, and Indiana Jones will reopen on April 25th.

We're bummed about the temporary closures but appreciate Disney’s efforts in maintaining the attractions. Plus, we're thrilled about the Disneyland 70th Anniversary, running from May 16th, 2025, to summer 2026.

What are your thoughts on these closures? Think they'll be worth the wait? Share your excitement or disappointment in the comments!
