We all love it when travel becomes easier, right? Fewer stops, fewer transfers, and fewer tickets—what's not to love?
Eurostar is stepping up its game by adding new stops, bringing even more convenience to Europe's already fantastic train system.
By the next decade, Eurostar plans to introduce up to 50 new trains, a project costing around £1.7 billion ($2.3 billion), as reported by Time Out London. This means direct routes from St Pancras to Germany and Switzerland, among other locations. These new routes could also boost existing routes, including London to Paris, with conversations about increasing from 17 to 20 daily return frequencies.
Why are we excited? This could make it even simpler to visit Disneyland Paris and explore other parts of Europe by train, widening your airport choices and ease of travel. The project involves building more station space, adding new border checkpoints, and improving track access.
How do you feel about this? Do you think enhancing Europe's train routes will improve your travel experience? Share your thoughts!
