I recently did a one-night solo tent camping trip at Fort Wilderness so I could visit the Festival of the Arts and finally try Crockett’s Craft Corner: Wine and Woodshop!
This has been on my Disney bucket list for a while, but since it’s only offered once a week on Tuesdays, I had to plan around it.
It was so much fun, and I’m absolutely in love with the board I made! There were a ton of stencils to choose from—some Fort Wilderness-themed and some more general. The whole event was really well organized, run by a third-party team that had everything set up efficiently and was super helpful.
Cost: $75
Includes: One drink (beer, wine spritzer, or soda from Crockett’s Tavern) + a snack plate with cheese, crackers, and veggies (they looked more Publix than Disney, but still a nice touch).
Overall, it was such a fun and unique experience—a great way to spend an evening at Fort Wilderness! Has anyone else done this? Or are there any other Festival of the Arts must-dos you’d recommend?
