Exciting times for Orlando's theme parks! Universal Orlando just unveiled its latest attraction, Epic Universe, while Disney World plans expansions in three of its four parks. LEGOLAND Florida is also upgrading some hotel rooms. Not wanting to be left out, SeaWorld Orlando seems set for a potential expansion, too.

United Parks & Resorts Inc., the parent company of SeaWorld Orlando, has announced plans for two new hotels adjacent to its parks, alongside other future developments. They currently have around 400 acres of undeveloped land near their Orlando parks, allowing plenty of room for growth.

Two hotel projects are in the works: a 504-room, 15-story hotel covering 30 acres near SeaWorld, offering direct park access, a rooftop bar, pools, conference center, and ballroom. The second is a 250-room, six-story hotel near Discovery Cove, situated on a current parking lot. This still leaves ample space for exploration, including potential new rides and attractions.

SeaWorld Orlando also recently launched the new Expedition Odyssey ride, giving theme park enthusiasts even more to be excited about.

What are your thoughts on SeaWorld's potential expansion? Do you visit the park when in Orlando? Share your opinions in the comments!
