So many dining options at Disney World! Disney keeps surprising us with fresh menu items and limited-time snacks.

If you haven't noticed, Stitch has taken over theme parks this summer since Disney launched the live-action version of Lilo and Stitch. At Hollywood Studios, we just tried a new snack inspired by the popular blue alien. Curious if it's worth it? Let's find out!

Hollywood Studios offers both quick bites and sit-down meals. We hit up Backlot Express to try the Experiment 626 Pudding, which is also available at ABC Commissary. With its movie-production warehouse vibe, Backlot Express is a quick service spot that's both basic and unique.

The pudding boasts flavors like sour blue raspberry, ube-passionfruit streusel crumble, and blue pineapple whipped cream, topped with an edible flower. Though it might sound overwhelming, the taste was surprisingly good! The whipped cream balanced the sour notes perfectly, though if you're not into sour treats, you might skip this one.

Resembling a blue raspberry Sour Patch Kid, the crumble reminded us of strawberry shortcake ice cream bar coating. We wished for a stronger passionfruit flavor, but overall, the ube-passionfruit streusel added nice texture. And yes, the flower is edible!

While visually appealing, it might be hit-or-miss for kids. The flavor might cater more to adventurous taste buds. If you're at Backlot Express craving sweets, perhaps try the Wookiee Cookie instead.

Dreaming of an adventurous sweet treat? Try the Experiment 626 Pudding! Want more tasty reviews? Keep following the Disney Food Blog.
