Disney World offers plenty of spots where you can grab delightful treats and drinks. Some are fantastic choices, others not as much—let’s dive into it!

We recently checked out Disney’s Riviera Resort, particularly Le Petit Café. It's a handy place for a quick pastry and coffee break, whether you're gearing up for your Disney adventures, winding down, or just taking a breather.

Disney’s Riviera Resort stands out as one of the newest and prettiest hotels. Le Petit Café in the lobby is perfect for a swift snack. There's even a work area for those combining business with pleasure.

This spot is ideal if you're staying at or hopping between resorts, as it’s generally not too crowded and offers some tasty options. But let’s focus on the treats we just tried!

First, we sampled the Orange Cream Éclair, priced at $7.49. Disney seems to have a thing for orange creamsicle flavors these days, perhaps due to the summer vibes. The éclair features a soft orange exterior, vanilla bean icing, and jelly orange peel pieces.

Inside, it's filled with a thick vanilla cream and a slightly oozier orange filling that reminded us of mousse—likely due to the heat.

The orange flavor is strong throughout with orange peel, crust, and cream. Though tasty, it's a bit thin for $7.49, making us question its value.

Next, we tried the Wine Poached Pear Entremet, also $7.49. This beautifully crafted dessert intrigued us with its layers and sponge cake base, topped with a coffee cake crumble-like texture.

Surprisingly, it lacked flavor, but it wasn't overly sweet. If you prefer a subtler taste, this might be for you. We favored this one over the éclair, with its pleasant pear topping and more reasonable portion.

Ultimately, while we enjoyed trying these treats, we wouldn’t make a special trip for them. Other options at the café may catch your eye, especially chocolate offerings.

What are your thoughts on these desserts—would you give them a try? Share your thoughts!
