Honestly, the dining options at Disney World hotels are some of the best! We often advise setting aside time during your trip to enjoy a meal outside the parks, particularly if you're staying at one of the Moderate or Deluxe Resorts. One of our top choices is Toledo at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort—do its flavors still impress?

**Atmosphere**

Toledo is found on the top floor of the Gran Destino Tower at Coronado Springs, open Wednesday to Sunday. Inspired by surrealist art and the avant-garde of the 1930s, the ambiance reflects Spanish influences throughout its architecture and decor. With stunning views of the Walt Disney World Resort from the restaurant's windows, you can't go wrong with rooftop dining!

**Menu**

The menu is heavily Spanish-influenced, focusing on tapas, seafood, and steak. Options include charred octopus, gazpacho, pan con tomate, and charcuterie for appetizers. Main courses offer a variety of meats like rib-eye, lamb, salmon, and pork chops. Sides feature shishito peppers or patatas bravas, and desserts offer delights like Classic Crema Catalana and Basque Cheesecake.

**Eats**

To start, we chose The Spaniard for Two charcuterie board for $38, showcasing a chef's selection of meats and cheeses—truly a flavorful start. For our main, the Smoked Pork Chop at $34 was phenomenal: rich flavors, tender meat, and a perfectly caramelized crust. The Olive Oil-Potato Purée side for $8.50 was dubbed "the best mashed potatoes" our reporter ever tasted. Finally, we topped off the meal with the Basque Cheesecake for $10, a visually stunning and tasty dessert.

**Nosh or Not**

Visit this spot if:
- You enjoy Spanish cuisine—Coronado Springs excels in this category.
- You love great views – dine here for a glimpse of Disney World, or visit the nearby Dahlia Lounge balcony.
- You’re looking for a relaxing way to end your day.

Skip if:
- You’re dining with picky eaters – this menu offers more exotic flavors.
- It doesn't fit your schedule; it's only open five nights a week.

**Overall**

Toledo remains a standout, offering remarkable dishes and an unforgettable experience. If you’re staying at Coronado Springs or crave Spanish cuisine, put this restaurant on your list!
