We know snacks around Disney World can be expensive, but sometimes they can be EXPENSIVE. Like, “oh my gosh, I can’t believe I spent this amount of money on a single snack,” kinda expensive. That being said, sometimes those high prices are totally worth it.

The Cake Bake Shop Bakery
This time, we aren’t taking you to an uber fancy restaurant that has a 3-month-long waiting list. We’re going straight to Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, home to The Cake Bake Shop Bakery, which has made us almost (almost) immune to $22 slices of cake, but we’re taking a break from cake and putting our fork into something else.
Say hello to the Blueberry Crumble Pie for $17. It is their signature all-butter pie crust, loaded with blueberries, lemon zest, sugar, and topped with a light brown sugar crumble.

Look at that filling
First up, we have to say it: this thing is MESSY. The blueberry juice was oozing everywhere, and with the spork and one napkin we could grab from the bakery, we weren’t doing too hot. We ended up going nextdoor to the BoardWalk Deli to grab plates and more napkins, which we highly recommend you do, especially if you’re sharing.

Filling for days
But the taste? Phenomenal. Literally phenomenal. The crust was so buttery and soft, and was a little thick in places, but never dry. There was a crumble on top that was sweet and sugary, and had a fantastic texture against the bottom crust and the blueberry filling. The filling had whole blueberries in it and will be the majority of the flavor, making this a perfect snack for blueberry lovers.

The whole pie waiting for us
While the price is $17, we think blueberry fans shold make this a priority (or pie fans in general) and you can deifnitely share it with a group if you’re aware of the mess.
