We visited D-Luxe Burger to try their limited-time Glowing Oak Burger, priced at $15.49. This creation includes two special blend beef patties with pimento cheese, bacon, a fried green tomato, and jalapeño jam served on a cheddar-chive biscuit. It was a hefty but tasty treat, with the buttery biscuit managing to hold it all together and a tantalizing mix of flavors. The burger may have been a tad dry, but the pimento cheese and jalapeño jam provided a delightful balance. It feels like the perfect Southern Cheeseburger! It’s filling enough to share if you pair it with a side of fries.
