The EPCOT Resort Area at Disney World offers a delightful variety of dining options, accessible by a short walk across five different resorts.

This area is just a brief walk from EPCOT, and while you can catch a Friendship Boat to Disney's Yacht Club Resort, Disney's Beach Club Resort, The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resorts, and Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, the walk is quick and convenient. Beaches and Cream has a notable To-Go window that attracts guests who don’t have reservations for the main restaurant. But is the ice cream worth a visit? Let’s find out!

For those who fancy boozy milkshakes, the Tropical Sunrise Float might catch your eye, featuring Pineapple Hard Cider and Rainbow Sherbet for $14.50. Although it features some interesting flavors, the combination might not be the right fit for everyone, as we found the pineapple cider’s taste didn’t quite mesh with the sherbet.

The S'mores Shake is another option, available with or without alcohol. While adding alcohol gives it a distinct edge, the non-alcoholic version tastes more like a typical chocolate shake. Those looking for a unique experience might prefer the alcoholic version for its richer flavors.

Finally, the ice cream sandwich at $8.75 was underwhelming due to very hard cookies, though the butter pecan ice cream was delicious.

While not every item won us over, there’s always the famous Everything But The Kitchen Sink sundae inside Beaches and Cream to try. What do you think of this dining spot? Would you give it a try? Share your thoughts!
